2012 is just around the corner and Vincent, the blogger behind the Plastic Pilot blog, has put together his aviation wish list for the new year. However, Vincent has also been grounded for 2011 – meaning one big wish for him is to get back in the air. Otherwise, Vincent’s aviation wish list consisted of the following:
- First motor-glider flight.
- Oshkosh (Note: For hardcore American pilots, going to Oshkosh may not sound like a big deal but Vincent is based in Germany).
- Check JAA and FAA options.
- Create one more killer app for pilots (Note: Vincent has already created APP Control, an ATC game for iPhone and iPad; and Radionav Sim, a radio-navigation training tool for iPad and iPhone)
Hence, we want to ask you our readers one simple questions: What is your aviation wish list for 2012?
Goal for 2012 , find CFI to let pay as I go for 20 hrs. I need for SPORTPILOT CERT. They all want it up front . Hey I am 60 on fixed income & not working , finance probably not a possibility . I would pay in cash so they would not even have to report. Passed Knowledge Exam. have headset , first time I ave seen people pass up MONEY!!
So I have a Challenge this year …
